Now the registraton module can be accessed via a web address so that your customers can register from their own devices.
This is a secure feature and we have used our own api to ensure that your hardware is not comprimised.
The same data that is normally collected from your local registration is the same taht is collected from the web link.
The data is sent securley through the api and is collected from your local running version of Volare. The data can then be automatically updated to your marketing platform.

This feature is actually available on most timing packages and it does make things a lot quicker by having the customer already registered or even having them use their own device on site.
After the customer has completed their registration either locally or via the web link they will then recieve a welcome email.
Inside the email will be a QR code that is unique to that person.
This can be scanned at reception and the driver can be instantly added into the run that you have selected .
No exspensive scanners are required.
We have designed it so that a simple USB webcam can capture the QR code and add the driver.
