Kiltorcan Raceway Waiver

I (the driver) hereby am aware of all the risks and responsibilities as (the driver) of a motorised kart at Kiltorcan Raceway..

I (the driver) at time of signing in am, Free from Alcohol and Drugs.

Any person thought to be driving in a reckless manner without due consideration for the karts supplied and other drivers on the circuit, will be excluded from the track – No Exceptions..

Any damages caused to the kart you (the driver) are driving or the premises (Kiltorcan Raceway) or a kart, driven by another person due to reckless or dangerous driving by you (the driver) will have to be paid for, to repair or replace said items.

Drivers with a physical disability or medical condition must inform a senior member of staff prior to sign in.

Any injuries sustained must be reported to a member of staff and treated in the way advised. Should any person leave the premises having failed to inform a member of staff of said injury will not be the responsibility of the company (Kiltorcan Raceway), nor will it be covered under the company (Kiltorcan Raceway) insurance policy.

I certify and agree that I (the driver) have read all the details supplied to me by (Kiltorcan Raceway) and I (the driver) am aware of the dangers associated with driving a kart at Kiltorcan Raceway.

I take full responsibility for my actions and my wellbeing while taking part in this activity, in so taking part as one person or as part of a group in doing so, of my own free will.

I (the driver) or guardian hereby state that the information requested and provided by (the driver) or guardian on signing in to participate in the activity to the company (Kiltorcan Raceway) is correct.

I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.

Agreement to waiver is required to all including Parent/Guardian of child. Signature required below
